3 Shopify API Usage

Our applications use the Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, and related Shopify platform APIs exclusively for the approved functionality described at the time of app installation.

Specifically:

  • API access is scoped to only the permissions required for each application's stated purpose

4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • HTTPS encryption: All data transmission between our systems and your browser or Shopify store is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Secure servers: Data is stored on servers with restricted physical and network access, firewall protection, and regular security audits
  • Restricted access: Only authorized personnel with a legitimate need have access to merchant and customer data
  • Regular updates: Our infrastructure and dependencies are regularly updated to address security vulnerabilities

While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage merchants to use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity immediately.

Our applications may interact with the following categories of third-party services to deliver core functionality:

  • Shopify APIs: Core platform APIs used to power app functionality within the Shopify ecosystem

All third-party service providers are selected based on their compliance with applicable data protection laws and their ability to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not sell your data to third parties.
